First time doing Axe throwing and my partner and I LOVED IT! We was bought this as a Christmas present last year and I’m actually gutted it took us so long to use it! We will definitely be going again and soon.
We had a lot of fun visiting Eat Sleep Axe on our holiday. We opted for the axe throwing & outdoor puzzle trail (Magic Portal) & honestly had lots of fun, even though we're 39+ years old - it awakened our inner kids. 😂 Pete was fantastic, thanks so much.
We had a group booking for axe throwing. Pete was excellent at answering any questions I had promptly by phone or email before we arrived. Himself and his colleague were extremely welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. They made the axe throwing session fun, and helped all of us improve our axe throwing technique. Overall we had a really awesome time!!
I've attended twice now (sorry review is long over due), both times have been a brilliant experience and wonderfully hosted. Thank you so much for a great experience .
Great fun! Pete was a friendly, supportive, knowledgeable teacher! My 11 year old soon got the hang of it (to my surprise!) Would highly recommend and will return with friends for sure.
What and amazing evening out, friendly team, heaps of fun and great challenges. It was a first date to remember and I would love to go again.
It was booked for my birthday, we all throughly enjoyed it, it was great fun, the person running it was was really nice, friendly and helpful, I definitely recommend trying it🪓
Very good experience with Rob at Eat Sleep axe. We booked a random Wednesday afternoon, so it was £36 for two people! If you shared their page on your social media then you get £5 off - didn't work automatically but I emailed and they kindly refunded £5. Then had to change my timeslot due to last minute schedule changes and they were very understanding.When we got there, there were only us for that slot so we had a lane each.The target is projected onto the wood, so you could different games to play. We had a great time and would definitely recommend 🙂
Had my first experience with axe throwing and it was such a blast! The instructors gave very clear guidance at the start and offered advice if you were struggling.The different game options to project onto the wall and the variety of axes meant it never felt repetitive and having high scores to compare with was motivating for improving accuracy.Overall, it was a very fun experience that my friends and I are keen to repeat. Maybe next time we'll try an escape room too!
Took my son for his 16th birthday and he had a great time, the games were fun and the extra effort from the staff to advise and help my 11 years old daughter was amazing, plus the value for money was and extra bonus

None of the group had been before so weren't entirely sure what to expect. Rob was very patient with us all and gave easy to understand tuition. We were the only booking for the time slot so it was great to be able to practise and play without other groups cowering in fear of any stray axes heading there way. Really enjoyed it and would certainly go again. Particularly liked the various game options, especially the zombie apocalypse. Venue was located in the centre of Cheltenham so easy to get to and facilities were well maintained. Located on the ground floor are the escape rooms so great venue for multiple activities.

Had great fun throwing the axe at the target. I have decided to do it as a hobby. The instructor was brilliant and got involved. The place over all is a great atmosphere you will definitely have lots of fun

Went with another couple and had a great evening! Friendly and lovely atmosphere, no prior experience needed and a great laugh all round, good value for money. Will be back!
Arrived as part of a hen party, we done the escape room and axe throwing. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. They set up banners and props for photos for the hen and even included a special box inside the escape room for the bride! All of this was totally unexpected and was such a lovely touch! They went above and beyond which was amazing! Also the cupcakes were amazing! 😊
Pete and his colleague were very knowledgeable and accommodating throughout and ensured our group all had a great time. The safety briefing and guidance was assuring and helpful too. We were even able to start our booking early which was a bonus. Very grateful for the refund for the two of us who were unable to attend on the day - which they didn't have to do. See you again soon!
